• All tee times can now be booked up to 7 days in advance beginning at 1 pm by telephone or 8 days in advance by using the internet booking system.  This will allow all golfers to plan their games further in advance.
• Each day from 1 pm until 2 pm tee times will not be accepted in person via a lineup.  During this period tee times may only be reserved by telephone or by using the internet booking system.This will allow all golfers an equal opportunity to reserve tee times.
• All players booking can call at exactly 1 pm or later, if you call before 1 pm our golf shop staff will be unable to reserve your time or to place your call on hold.
• On weekends and holidays, tee times will be blocked for both members and guests.
• Member Times – Can be booked by any member and can include any combination of members and guests.
• Guest Times – Can only be booked by a guest and can include no more than 1 member.(Note: A member may book a guest time if they have no less than 3 guests).
• Open Times – Can be booked by anyone, both member or guest and can include any combination of members and guests.  Juniors may book utilizing the same policies and procedures as above however the following must be adhered to;  Juniors are not allowed to play before 11 am weekdays and 1 pm on weekends unless they are accompanied by an adult Member or Guest. 
  No Exceptions.
• Only the confirmed number of players may be booked on the tee sheet in order for us to be able to complete all groups and make them foursomes whenever possible.  Both members and guest must only book for the exact number of confirmed players in their group.
• All members and guests should be informed that we require at least 24 hours cancellation notice for all tee times and that failure to do so or consistent abuse of this policy will result in loss of booking privileges.

Instruction to Book a Tee Time On-Line 

1. Log onto the Saugeen Website at www.saugeengolf.com
2. On the home page click on the box called “Book a Tee Time”.
3. Select “Click Here and Book a Tee Time On-Line”.
4. Click on “Member Login”.
5. Enter your account number
6. Enter the letter “A” into the password box.
7. Click “Continue”.
8. Click on “Booking.Net Wizard”.
9. Select preferred course or leave as all courses (default).
10. Select the date on which you wish to book your tee time.  An orange box will indicate the date you have chosen to book.  Today’s current date is shaded blue.  Please keep in mind that our booking policy is a maximum of 7 days in advance by phone beginning at 1p.m. or in person at 2p.m. or 8 days using the internet beginning a 6a..m.
11. Select the number of members and or guests.  You must click on the box beneath your name to add the additional member(s) names.  When you do, you will enter a new page, which will help you find the other member name(s) by filtering or through an alphabetical list.  Once you have located them, you will select them by clicking on the small box beside their name.  Similarly if the player is a guest, you must enter their name(s) by typing them in.  All names either member(s) or guest(s) are mandatory fields.
12. Choose the preferred tee time.
13. Select the number of holes to play.
14. Select the number of power carts you require or leave as 0.
15. Click “Search” - Within 30 seconds a list of the closest tee times will appear
16. Click on “Choose this Time” to select a tee time from the list.
17. Read all info on “Approved Booking Page”, to be sure that you are making the booking you want.  Then click “Yes” (If No click on “Back” in the upper left).  Click on the small box “I Have read and Accepted” so that a check mark appears.
18. Click “Continue”.
19. It is now mandatory to fill in a phone number and valid e-mail address.
20. Click “Finalize Booking”.
21. Via e-mail you will receive a copy of the tee time booking you have just made.

General Recommendations

• Like any new technology, booking on the internet will take you a couple of times to become familiar and comfortable with the routine.
• If you do not enter the information exactly or miss entering mandatory fields the program will inform you and force you to repeat steps.
• You can also cancel any of your tee times using the internet.
• You may use the internet to book any of you tee times except for member leagues such as men’s night, ladies day, ladies night or couples night etc.
